Charles Wilson

By day, Charles Wilson is a mild-mannered forensic animator, but during evenings and weekends, he works on his own animated films as well as various artistic endeavors for clients including online education and museum displays. A graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology’s M.F.A. Computer Animation program and a current member of both ASIFA and Women in Animation, with regards to the latter two groups, he is the Membership Coordinator for ASIFA Central and serves in an advisory capacity on WiA’s Legacy/Archives Committee. He also runs a blog called the “Women of Animated Film” where he collects his interviews with women who work in the animation industry (www.womenanimators.info)–the culmination of which was a college course on the History of Women Animators that he taught in 2017.
