Who can be an ASIFA member ?

Article 5 from Amended Articles:

The Board may accept as individual members. artists, writers, directors, studio personnel, musicians, technicians, producers, distributors, journalists, critics, theorists, scholars, teachers, advanced students in animation and all those who have made a substantial contribution to Animation.

Why should I join (and pay my fee?)

ASIFA is a network of animation artists and afficionados, who organize themselves in local groups (ASIFA Groups and other animation organizations), with the intention to also cooperate internationally.

Your membership fee is needed to organize the international communication and to realize projects together.

How much do I have to pay ?

1. Individual members in America and Asia pay 33 US $, individual members in Europe pay 33 Euro.

2. National or regional ASIFA Chapters (at least 10 members) pay 200 US $ / 200 Euro for 10 members + 20 US$ / 20 Euro for any additional member.

3. In any country without a chapter, there can be one -and only one- person in charge of a “national office.” This member pays 20 US $.
