The International Animated Film Association ASIFA was “born” in Annecy in 1960.

Between March 2010 and March 2011 ASIFA is celebrating and organising many special initiatives, like an Anniversary Book, an Anniversary DVD, and much more.

Raoul Servais serves as the Honarary President of the celebration. Bill Dennis, ASIFA Executive Director, is the coordinator of the Anniversary. The Book will be published by AKOM, and the Book Team consisting of Ed Desroches, Deanna Morse, and Juliette Crochu will collaborate with Editor Chris Robinson.
